Mattie Kelly Park and Nature Walk– This beautiful 10.13 acre park has two boardwalks, one over the bayou for fishing and another over the wetlands, filled with wetland grasses, flowers, and many other species fun to observe. There is also access to the beach and a picnic area you could enjoy after your nature walk.
Henderson Beach State Park – This nature trail that is featured in Henderson Beach State Park is ¾ of a mile of pure beauty. This special nature hike is actually a walk amongst the ancient sand dunes that have built themselves along the coastal scrub. If you would like to enjoy this nature walk, you will have to pay a small entrance fee into the state park. This fee is completely worth it to enjoy the scenic path with plenty of resting spots along the way.
Grayton Beach Nature Trail – This trail is a 1-mile oasis located near Santa Rosa Beach, FL just moments from our Destin condos. This unique hike features a rare coastal dune lake with freshwater and a forest filled with Magnolias and Scrub Oak. It’s a great walk for all skill levels and is open year round for your convenience.
